Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel, we require 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to provide us with 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged $100.

New patients will be asked to pay a $100 deposit when booking appointments. This will go toward service. If the appointment is cancelled without 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

Current patients will be asked to provide credit card information at their next appointment. That information is saved in a secure system where only the last four digits of the card number are visible.

If an emergency arises, please let us know. Each situation will be handled on an individual basis.
