A Safe & Effective Alternative to Face Lifts
Welcome to the new alternative for battling signs of aging—with no surgery required. AccuTite and FaceTite represent an amazing option to address facial fine lines, wrinkles, baggy jowls along the jawline, double chins, and areas of excessive face and neck laxity that occur with the passage of time.
Although these bipolar radiofrequency handheld devices can be used by themselves, the most effective use of these instruments will often include liposuction in small areas of the face and/or neck, followed by a surface Morpheus8 treatment. When radiofrequency energy is combined with liposuction this is called radiofrequency-assisted liposuction or RFAL. This is what occurs when AccuTite or FaceTite is followed by a bit of liposuction.

What Are The Common Areas For Treatment?
Simply put, FaceTite & AccuTite can be effective anywhere that is susceptible to signs of aging such as wrinkles, sagging, and fine lines. But we most commonly see these areas treated:

What Do These Procedures Look Like?
Both of these procedures are non-invasive, do not require any incisions, and can be performed comfortably in our office. As non-surgical procedures, they are performed under local anesthetic and involve administering radio frequency heat energy to the target areas of the face, neck, and body. This heat energy melts fat while also tightening loose skin and is an excellent alternative to traditional lifts.
When you arrive you will be greeted by Dr. Carter’s friendly front office staff. He will then take you back to his treatment room where your skin will be surgically cleansed and carefully marked. Appropriate local facial blocks with lidocaine and sterile tumescent numbing solution will then be inserted and infused to safely and comfortably provide the painless treatment that follows. Pilot hole insertion points are selected and created to enable passage of either the AccuTite or FaceTite device. The skin and subcutaneous fibro septal network (FSN) are then heated to the target temperatures before selective small cannula liposuction is done, if needed.
Finally, Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling is performed over the treated areas to maximize skin tightening. A compression garment is then placed. This will be worn for three days continually, and then just overnight for the next two weeks. Visible improvement is evident within the first 3-6 months and maximal benefit occurs at one year after the treatment.
Yes there is a small recovery window and some recovery guidelines to follow, although most patients are back to their regular routine within 3-5 days after their procedure. You will experience some bruising and swelling during recovery and oftentimes there is also some redness in the treatment area. It is also ok and normal for the treated area to be sore to the touch. Some treatments may require you to wear a compression band depending on the area treated. Exercise, heavy lifting, and outdoor activities should be avoided for at least a two week period, unless otherwise directed by your aesthetician. You will not experience any scarring or signs of incisions as this procedure is designed to be non-invasive and require no sutures.
When you arrive you will meet with your Aesthetician to discuss the treatment procedure and what to expect. We will apply local anesthesia along with some minor sedation through injections. From there, your Aesthetician will outline the treatment area to ensure precision results. Tiny incisions are made via a cannula that allow the probe access to the targeted treatment area. The probe will treat both internal and external parts of the targeted area at the same time, while also being very safe and reliable.
